Data use
How Dvantora intends to use the Google Ads API
Last updated: 31 August 2026
This page explains, in plain language, what role Google Ads API data is intended to play inside Dvantora, what it will not be used for, and where things currently stand. We publish it because Dvantora’s core promise is evidence you can trace — and that should apply to how we source data, too.
What Dvantora is
Dvantora is a local market intelligence platform, currently in development. A user enters one service and one location — for example, Plumbing — Brisbane, Queensland — and Dvantora researches that market, weighs the evidence across six market signals, and produces an opportunity report: a 0–100 score, a clear verdict, and a written analysis explaining the reasoning. You can read how the full workflow fits together on the How it works section of the homepage.
It is a research and analysis product for entrepreneurs, marketing agencies, lead-generation operators and local businesses deciding whether a market is worth entering — before they commit budget to it.
Where Google Ads API data fits
Every Dvantora analysis is built from six signals, each drawing on its own sources. Google Ads API keyword-planning data is intended to be one input among several independent ones, contributing primarily to two of the six:
01
Market demand
How often and how urgently the service is sought in that location.
Uses Google Ads API data02
Customer value
What a typical job is worth, estimated from advertiser bidding behaviour and published pricing.
Uses Google Ads API data03
Competition
How crowded the market is and how hard it is to win.
04
Advertising activity
Who is advertising in the market, and how consistently.
05
Business density
How many businesses already serve the market, and how well.
06
Market trends
Whether interest is growing, seasonal, or declining over time.
What information would be used
At a high level, Dvantora intends to use the Google Ads API’s keyword-planning capabilities for market research:
- Search-demand information — how often the market’s core services are searched for in a given location, including how that interest moves across the year. This feeds the market-demand signal.
- Keyword-planning metrics — planning estimates such as typical bid ranges and advertiser-competition measures. Because advertisers bid roughly in proportion to what a customer is worth, these metrics help estimate the customer-value signal, which Dvantora always presents as an estimate rather than a measured figure.
How that information is processed
Keyword-planning data enters Dvantora’s analysis system as one evidence source among several. It is normalised into the relevant signals, combined with independent sources — local business data, advertising-transparency data, trend data and web research — and the result is presented to the user as a scored, written market analysis.
Users receive the analysis, not the underlying dataset. Dvantora is not a keyword-list product: it does not offer raw data export, bulk keyword downloads, or pass-through API access for third parties.
What Dvantora does not do
- Dvantora does not use the Google Ads API to create, manage or optimise advertising campaigns, and does not manage Google Ads accounts on anyone’s behalf. It is a market-research and analysis product, not a campaign-management tool.
- Dvantora does not resell or redistribute raw Google Ads data. It sells analysis built on many sources.
- Dvantora does not claim any partnership with, or endorsement by, Google.
Current status
Dvantora does not currently have Google Ads API access. We are applying for the required access, and until it is granted no Google Ads API data is collected, processed or displayed anywhere in the product. The product itself is in active development: every interface shown on this website is a product visualization using clearly labelled example data — including the example market Plumbing — Brisbane, Queensland and its example score — not live market results.
